La Dura shared a series of tips this week in her Instagram stories aimed at a follower who had just arrived in the United States, in a message that combines motivation, warnings, and a call to maintain one's identity.
The Cuban influencer, whose real name is Diliamne Jouve González, responded to a question received through the comments section of her stories and turned her answer into a text that quickly resonated with her community of over three million followers.
"Welcome to one of the countries with the most opportunities. Here, everything you set out to achieve is possible if you focus, work with discipline, and stay true to yourself," La Dura wrote at the beginning of her message.
But the text did not stop at just optimism.
The influencer warned that life in the U.S. has two sides: "It's also important to know that there is a very thin line between the beautiful and the not-so-beautiful, in work, friendships, and family. That's why you should surround yourself with the right people, protect your energy, and remain steadfast in your values."
The advice comes from someone who has personally experienced the migration process from Cuba to becoming a U.S. citizen, which gives them a unique credibility among Cuban women who have just arrived in the country seeking to rebuild their lives.
This is not the first time La Dura has used her social media to guide other women.
In December 2024, she sent a message to girls venturing into the world of social media: "Don’t stop dreaming, that's my only advice for you." In April 2025, she confidently responded to offensive comments about her appearance, promoting self-love. And in March 2026, she spoke about discipline and independence motivated by her daughter Saisha: "The family depends on me."
This pattern of direct interaction with her followers — answering questions about citizenship, personal growth, and everyday life in the U.S. — is one of the keys to her popularity among the Cuban community in exile.
In November 2025, she also offered advice on separations and personal growth, recommending not to rush healing but also not to remain stagnant, at a time when her own relationship with the reggaeton artist Jacob Forever was entering its final stage before the confirmed separation in January 2026.
This week's message closed with a phrase that summarizes its philosophy: "Enjoy the process, learn from each step, and never forget where you came from. Everything is possible, but it depends on you."
