Donald Trump published a controversial image on his social media platform Truth Social this Thursday, accompanied by the message: "A very accurate representation of the drowsy Joe Biden administration. Tremendous damage done, but WE'RE BACK! President DJT."

In the illustration, Biden is depicted sleeping in pajamas inside the Oval Office—with "ZZZ" floating above his head—while Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton observe the scene. There is also a figure referencing Hunter Biden using drugs on the desk.

That last reference points directly to the scandal of July 2023, when the Secret Service found a bag with approximately two grams of cocaine at the West Entrance of the White House.

The investigation was closed in August of that year without identifying the person responsible, although Republicans pointed to Hunter Biden, as he had been in the White House two days prior to the discovery.

The FBI reopened the investigation into the cocaine found in the White House in May 2025, with no public results confirmed to date.

The autopen element also carries a specific political weight: Trump has made its use by Biden one of his central arguments to claim that the former president was not actually governing. In November 2025, Trump annulled all the executive orders signed by Biden with that device, stating that "approximately 92% of the documents" were signed without the former president's direct approval.

On May 5, he reiterated that annulment, which extended to executive orders, proclamations, memoranda, pardons, and contracts.

The spilled ice cream on the desk alludes to another established narrative: Biden has been photographed multiple times eating ice cream during moments of crisis, an image that his critics have turned into a symbol of disconnection from reality.

This publication adds to other mockeries and criticisms against Biden since Trump returned to the White House in January 2025.

In last December, Trump installed a plaque in the "Hall of Fame" of the White House that labeled Biden as "the worst president in the history of the United States" and replaced his photograph with an image of an autopen.

In April of this year, Trump held Biden responsible for the crime against a woman in Florida committed by a Haitian immigrant, reiterating the label of "the worst president in history."

Biden, who completed his radiation treatment for prostate cancer in October 2025, had not publicly responded to Trump's post by the time this note was published.
