A group of Cuban grandmothers, some over 94 years old, starred in one of the most heartwarming and viral videos in recent weeks by dancing to the rhythm of "Un Tin" at a senior care center, according to a clip published on May 29 by the TikTok account @momentos.adult.da (Momentos Adult Day Care).

The video, lasting two minutes and 24 seconds, shows the participants moving energetically and with flair while a cheerleader encourages them to the rhythm of the hit song by Payaso x Ley and Rowell Urban. "Come on! Hey! That’s the smallest little baby, the tiniest one, right? Hey, hey, hey! What do you think? How old are you? 94 years old!" can be heard in the recording.

The description of the clip proudly summarizes it: "More than 95 years but without fear!!"

The host doesn't stop celebrating the participants: "She has a goal that scored a goal! She has a goal of determination and courage!" she exclaims as the ladies keep moving nonstop.

The clip accumulated 244,500 views, 21,600 likes, 1,197 comments, and 7,345 shares, remarkable figures for the account of a senior center.

"Un Tin" was released on April 20, 2026, under the Befocus Music label, produced by Ernesto Losa. The song, which fuses a Cuban cast with lyrical-operatic singing, surpassed 9 million views on YouTube within a few weeks, becoming one of the biggest hits of the genre thus far in 2026.

Since its release, the song has sparked a wave of videos on TikTok featuring older people dancing to its rhythm. Among the most notable is one from the account @julia.martin.juli, known as “The Grandma from the Neighborhood,” which has garnered over 154,000 views, and another from @la_mas_viral_de_cuba, boasting more than 150,000 views. The video from Momentos Adult Day Care surpasses all the previous ones and adds a collective element: it’s not just one grandmother at home, but an organized group in a space within the Cuban community in exile.

The phenomenon is not new. In July 2025, Luisa, a 97-year-old Cuban grandmother, had already gone viral dancing to "Tacto que llegó el reparto" by Bebeshito, and in December 2024, another lady dancing to reparto caused a sensation on TikTok.

The Cuban reparto is an urban genre that originated in the popular neighborhoods of Havana, particularly in Arroyo Naranjo, between 2006 and 2007, as an evolution of Cuban reggaeton with influences from timba, rumba, and guaguancó. It will reach its peak of international prominence in 2026.

With "Un Tin" as the soundtrack, the grandmothers at the Momentos Adult Day Care center demonstrated that the cast doesn't recognize age. As the cheerleader shouted in the video: "With the little one, with the little one! Hey, hey, hey! Let's go, out! Strong!"
