Cuban influencer Samantha Espineira announced this Friday the purchase of her first property in the United States, a significant achievement that comes as she is in the final stages of her pregnancy, awaiting the arrival of her first daughter.
Through an Instagram post, Samantha shared images of the signing of documents, accompanied by her husband, Norlen Serra, and her parents, surrounded by floral arrangements and celebration gifts.
"Today I can say with a heart full of gratitude that one of the most important dreams of my life has come true: buying a property in the United States," wrote the content creator, who has over a million followers on Instagram.
In her message, she thanked everyone who accompanied her in this process: "Thank God for opening paths where many times I only saw uncertainty. Thank you to my husband for walking by my side, for believing in my dreams, and for being my greatest support at every step of this journey. And thanks to the entire Empire team for guiding me with such dedication, professionalism, and commitment, making me feel supported from day one to the handover of the keys."

The news comes at one of the most intense moments of their lives. The couple announced their pregnancy and, after a gender reveal held in Miami, confirmed that they are expecting a girl whom they will name Alana.
