Georgina Rodríguez has completed the legal adoption of the three oldest children of Cristiano Ronaldo just a week after the couple said "I do," according to reports from Portuguese media.
The three children that are now legally yours are Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., 16 years old, and the twins Eva María and Mateo, who are nine, and until now were listed in the records only as the children of the Portuguese footballer.
What for a decade was a heartfelt motherhood, conducted without any formal documentation, was formalized when Georgina acquired the same legal rights as Cristiano over the three minors.
The couple had married on August 11 in a civil ceremony held in the utmost privacy at their mansion in Quinta da Marinha, in Cascais, a property valued at 60 million euros. Their five children were the only witnesses to the union.
The adoption was processed under the formula of "secret adoptions," with the same discretion that characterized the wedding. No press conferences, no exclusives: the couple managed the entire process with the utmost privacy, according to sources close to the marriage cited by the Portuguese press.
For those who follow Georgina, the news is not particularly surprising. Since she entered Cristiano's life in 2016 —when she was working as a sales assistant at a Gucci store in Madrid and he was the star of Real Madrid— she has never distinguished between the footballer's children and her own.
When twins Eva and Mateo were born through surrogacy in June 2017, Georgina was already pregnant with Alana Martina, their first biological child together, who arrived in November of that same year. In 2022, Bella Esmeralda was born, although the birth was overshadowed by the loss of her twin, Ángel.
That pain explains why Georgina describes herself on her social media as "mom of six blessings," a lasting tribute to the child who could not stay.
The wedding of Cristiano and Georgina also coincided with the tenth anniversary of their first meeting, making this August a month particularly rich in symbolism for the couple.
In an interview with the magazine ELLE in 2025, Georgina had unknowingly anticipated the spirit of this moment: "The dream I longed for since I was a child. I come from a very small family made up of my mother, my sister, and me, which is why I always knew that in the future I wanted to have a very large family. Thank God I enjoy it today."
