William Levy blew out the candles this Saturday, August 29, and turned 46 years old with a heart full of love, surrounded by the affection of his children, his fans, and the professional partners who have supported his career on both sides of the Atlantic. The Cuban actor, born in Cojímar, Havana, in 1980, received a flood of congratulations on social media that once again confirmed the special place he holds in the hearts of his audience.

The most heartfelt gift came from his son Christopher, 20, who posted a photo of them together at a LA Dodgers baseball stadium on Instagram. "Happy birthday to the man who sacrifices everything for us. I love you more than words can explain and I admire you for everything you do. You have shown me the value of life and how to become a man," the young man wrote in a message that garnered over 36,300 likes.

William quickly replied with the same excitement: "Daddy, I am the most blessed father in the world to have a daughter and a son like you. It is the greatest gift of life and from God. And what you give me with these words is what matters most. When many do the opposite, your words are the most valuable. I love you forever."

The celebration extended beyond the family. From Miami, someone sent a very special surprise, as shown on the account of a company that prepares luxury breakfasts for special occasions:

To understand why there is so much affection, it is enough to review the path taken. Levy emigrated from Cuba to Miami as a teenager along with his mother and siblings. He started as a model before making the leap to television through the reality show Protagonistas de Novela 2 on Telemundo. From there, he built a solid career with telenovelas such as Sortilegio, Triunfo del amor, and La tempestad, until Café con aroma de mujer (2021) catapulted him to a new international dimension.

In recent years, Spain has become his second professional home. He has filmed three productions in Tenerife: Montecristo, Under a Volcano, and Path to Arcadia.

But if there’s one thing that defines William Levy at 46, it is his understanding of fatherhood. "First and foremost, I am a father, and then I am a professional," he has repeated on more than one occasion.

Congratulations, William!
