Two months after giving birth to her son Koa, Isabella Ladera is sharing every step of her postpartum recovery with her followers, and her recent Instagram stories show that the process is progressing with joy and a lot of self-love.

The Venezuelan influencer, who has millions of followers, posted a selfie she took several weeks ago. In it, she appeared posing in front of the mirror of her dressing room wearing sportswear. Upon publishing it, she asked her followers: “Do you remember when I posted this photo?” inviting them to compare her evolution.

In another story, he showed his torso in underwear with the message "here we goooo" and included a link to "train with me," indicating that he is gradually getting back into fitness.

The journey to this point has been a story of unfiltered honesty. Isabella gave birth to Koa on July 11 in Miami, in a home water birth without anesthesia, after 26 hours of labor. Koa is her first child with Peruvian model and influencer Hugo García.

From day one, the Venezuelan embraced transparency: she revealed her postpartum belly with the message "this is how I look, sisters" and made it clear that she was in no rush to regain her pre-pregnancy figure.

Two weeks after the birth, she posted a selfie in the dressing room with the message "this is how I am, sisters," and three weeks later, she shared a video on TikTok showing her body with sagging skin and postpartum underwear, accompanied by a message that resonated with thousands of women: "my body deserves patience and love."

Isabella had stated that she would wait between six and seven weeks before resuming exercise, with routines adapted to postpartum and without weight lifting. And she fulfilled this, at her own pace and without external pressures.

This philosophy also accompanied her during pregnancy when she revealed without any concern that she had gained more than 20 kilos: "I have never worried about my weight; all I care about is that my baby is healthy."

Now, with Koa back home and her energy restored, Isabella summarizes her journey with her usual simplicity: "This is how it's going. I'm focused on my own path because if I get involved in someone else's, I fall behind. How magical women are."
