A Cuban citizen arrested in Orlando, Florida, appears among the highlighted cases by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the latest update of its "Worst of the Worst" website, which added another 5,000 profiles of undocumented immigrants whom the agency attributes with criminal backgrounds.
The Cuban, identified by his initials M.N.M., was one of only ten cases specifically selected by the DHS to illustrate the expansion of the platform, according to the statement released on September 30.
The department attributes to M.N.M. a history of offenses related to lewd acts with a minor, failure to register as a sex offender, burglary, theft, and forgery.
The statement does not specify which of those records correspond to convictions, charges, or arrests, making it impossible to determine the judicial outcome of each case from that source.
With the new update, WOW.DHS.gov surpasses 40,000 profiles, according to the U.S. government.
The platform was launched on December 8, 2025, by the administration of Donald Trump to publish information about irregular immigrants detained by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) who are alleged by authorities to have criminal backgrounds.

In announcing the new addition of profiles, DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin defended the publication of the database as a measure of transparency.
"We have added another 5,000 criminals to our website of the most dangerous, bringing the total available to over 40,000," he stated.
The official added that these cases represent only a portion of the individuals detained by ICE and assured that the administration will continue to prioritize the deportation of immigrants with criminal records.
Throughout 2026, several Cubans have appeared on the WOW site linked to serious crimes.
In July, another Cuban citizen appeared in an update on the site, after the DHS attributed links to the Surenos gang and a history related to child exploitation and involuntary manslaughter.
In August, another Cuban was added to WOW due to history that the DHS linked to a sexual offense against a minor and arson.
In September, another Cuban citizen was highlighted by ICE after being arrested in St. Petersburg, Florida. In that case, the agency reported prior convictions, including one for soliciting the commission of a homicide.

The platform "Lo peor de lo peor" has also come under scrutiny for the accuracy of some of its records.
In February, DHS itself acknowledged errors in some of the published information and made corrections following reports from various media outlets.
