The Cuban TikToker Dunia Díaz underwent surgery again, months after having cosmetic surgery in Miami. The content creator shared a video on her TikTok account in which she is seen leaving a medical center and reassures her followers, although she has not yet revealed what procedure she underwent.
"For everyone who has written to me via DM, I'm okay, recovering. Thank you so much for worrying about me. As soon as I feel a little better, I'll make a video explaining exactly what procedure I underwent," Dunia expressed in the recording.
Although she assured that she was feeling fine, the influencer revealed that she had fainted after the procedure. "I don't feel any pain, but I did faint," she said as she left the medical center.
At the exit, her husband, Walter, was waiting for her, greeting her with a bouquet of flowers, a nice gesture that was captured on video.
The post sparked numerous reactions among her followers. While some sent her messages of affection and wished her a speedy recovery, others expressed concern about seeing her undergo another surgical procedure and felt that she didn’t need any more cosmetic enhancements.
This is not the first time Dunia has undergone surgery this year. In January 2026, approximately six months after giving birth to her twins, she had a breast lift with implants and liposuction in Miami. At that time, she explained that she made the decision for personal reasons, with the desire to regain her self-esteem after the pregnancy.
The recovery from that surgery was not easy. The influencer herself shared some of the most challenging moments of her post-operative period, including an episode where she fainted while her husband was taking care of her.
The images generated numerous reactions on social media, and many followers sent her supportive messages during her recovery.
Dunia is the mother of three girls: an older daughter from a previous relationship and twins born in 2025. In June of this year, she married Walter in an intimate ceremony held in Miami.
For now, the TikToker has not clarified what type of surgery she underwent this time, although she promised to share all the details with her followers once she has recovered more fully.
