Eduardo Antonio, known as El Divo de Placetas, announced this Monday a grand birthday celebration for Wednesday, December 9, at the Flamingo Theater Bar in Miami, with a direct message to his followers: "We will have a big party this December 9 celebrating El Divo's birthday. Tickets available now!"
The announcement was made through their Instagram account, accompanied by an eye-catching flyer in shades of red, featuring stage lighting effects and confetti, where the artist himself is dressed in a red satin suit. The event will kick off at 8:00 PM at the venue located at 905 Brickell Bay Drive, and the dress code leaves no room for doubt: formal and in red.
"How many years will it be?" reads the event's post. The question is not casual. Eduardo Antonio is not one to shout his age from the rooftops and does everything to maintain his youth in body and spirit.

The Flamingo Theater Bar is the artist's main stage for major celebrations in Miami. In August 2025, his 50th anniversary gala sold out all tickets, and in December of that same year, he celebrated his birthday there surrounded by family and fans.
The announcement comes at a time of high visibility for the singer. Earlier this year, he participated in the sixth season of La Casa de los Famosos on Telemundo, where he remained for approximately 77 days before being eliminated.
Just days before this announcement, on October 28, he received the "Special Recognition for Latin Excellence" at the Hispanic Celebrities Awards 2026, held at the EB Hotel in Miami. The artist dedicated the award to his husband and producer Roy García and to his late mother, and noted that it was his third award in that competition.
Additionally, he was nominated for the Miami Icon Awards 2026, an award he hopes to bring home, and all his fans are voting to help make that wish come true.
