Passengers waiting for their flights this Friday at Miami International Airport received an unforgettable surprise: Maluma appeared in Concourse D to offer a completely unexpected live performance and announce his world tour "Loco X Volver World Tour 2027."
The show was organized in collaboration with American Airlines and was specifically aimed at those waiting for flights to Colombia: Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, and Medellín.
The Colombian singer performed four songs accompanied by his live band: "Según quién," "Felices los 4," "Hawái," and "Loco x volver," turning the terminal into an impromptu stage that nobody expected to find upon arriving at the airport.
The choice of location was not coincidental. The artist himself explained it to the gathered audience: "Today my 2027 tour, called Loco X Volver, is being announced. And I chose this place, precisely this place to sing to you. To announce that my tour is coming, and we are going to start from the homeland, we are going to start from Colombia."
As part of the promotional activation, one lucky passenger from each flight heading to Colombia received tickets to one of the concerts on the tour, a gesture that sparked excitement among those present.
After the event, Maluma shared on his Instagram stories that he was excited not only about what happened at the airport but also about the warm reception the tour announcement received from his fans.
The "Loco X Volver World Tour 2027" will visit more than 60 cities across four continents: Latin America, North America, Europe, and Africa, with stops in Santiago, Lima, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Los Angeles, Toronto, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin, Lisbon, Milan, and Rabat, among others.
The first concert is scheduled for February 5, 2027, at the Corazón de Bogotá Arena, with tickets starting at 180,000 Colombian pesos.
The presale for Visa Bancolombia and Nequi users starts on November 9, while general sales open on November 11 through Tuboleta.
The tour is named after the artist's seventh studio album, released on May 15, 2026, a 14-track record that Maluma has described as one of the most intimate of his career, dedicated to his Colombian roots, his family, and Medellín.
