TheNational Civil Police of Guatemala (PNC) arrestedsix Cuban migrants who crossed the borders of that Latin American country irregularly.
"In another operation at kilometer 230 Inter-American route in the jurisdiction of Esquipulas Chiquimula, 51 people from Venezuela were located, 8 from Ecuador, 7 from Colombia,6 from Cuba and one from Peru, who entered Guatemalan territory irregularly," says a statement from the PNC on Facebook.
Theirregular migrants They were detained by the Guatemalan authorities and transferred to a center under the supervision of the Guatemalan Migration Institute on the Agua Caliente Border, in Esquipulas.
In one day, the Guatemalan authorities attended and detained126 people of different nationalities in that sector that is on a migratory route.

Most of the migrants were traveling with their entire families, arriving from Guatemala a few days ago. The situation to sustain themselves economically is unsustainable in Mexico, and they must spend long periods there until they can cross into the United States.
