In the midst of the tide of words of tribute and remembrance for El Taiger, who passed away at noon today after being in critical condition for a week, his colleague Dany Ome has decided to take a step further and has tattooed LBMA on his chest.
The mysterious initials, which the late singer proudly displayed and also had tattooed on his chest, mean "The Beast, the Machine, the Animal."
A few words that El Taiger used to describe himself in the realm of Cuban urban music, which he often accompanied with the phrase "The best in the world."
"LBMA. The Best in the World and I will carry your legacy," wrote Dany Ome on Instagram, who shared a short video in which he was seen showing off his freshly done tattoo.
After the unfortunate incident in which El Taiger was injured, Dany Ome -who was in Spain- was one of the artists who showed his support and expressed his deep involvement and willingness to help in any way possible.
He asked for all Cuban reggaeton artists to come together in a song dedicated to El Taiger so that the profits would be entirely allocated to help the performer of "La Historia."
In addition to that, he and his colleague Kevincito 13 dedicated a concert to El Taiger last weekend in the Canary Islands, Spain. For the occasion, both wore t-shirts with El Taiger's face and that said: "La Tranka de mi país."
"This night is for you, my king. It hurts us not to be in the USA, but you more than anyone knows how this business works, especially when dates have already been agreed upon," expressed Dany Ome, lamenting not being in the United States."
The death of El Taiger, which took place shortly after noon on this Thursday, according to official information, has plunged family, friends, and fans of the popular artist into deep sadness.
On the outskirts of Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where El Taiger's health condition was critical, hundreds of followers gathered during the last week to pray for his recovery, and now that the news of his passing is known, they have not failed to come to the place to mourn his death.
