Cuban reggaeton artist Yulien Oviedo has reignited social media by posting a story on his Instagram account directed straight at Chocolate MC, who is facing a complicated legal process in Miami-Dade.

In the message, Oviedo wrote: “MISERABLE. This is so you learn not to mock anyone anymore, especially a legitimate child of San Lázaro. ‘17 hits’ for you to remember my little brace sitting in your cell, fool. And today we’ll see each other at the Johnny Club where I’m going to warm up the Top Ten.”

The tensions between Yulien Oviedo and Chocolate MC are nothing new. Both artists have been involved in public confrontations and verbal attacks on social media

The post comes just hours after it was reported that Chocolate MC rejected a plea deal offered by the Miami-Dade Prosecutor's Office, which included 12 years in prison and five years of probation, as confirmed by Telemundo 51.

According to the report, the artist, whose real name is Yosvany Sierra Hernández, decided not to accept the prosecutor's offer, even though it included consolidating all the open cases against him, including those related to charges of homicide, kidnapping, and grand theft.

During the hearing, the judge warned the reggaeton artist that if he continued with the process without accepting the agreement, he could face a much harsher sentence. However, Chocolate insisted that he does not consider himself guilty and prefers to go to a new trial.

The singer has already been found guilty of solicitation of homicide against Damián Valdez-Galloso, a case that has worsened his legal situation and could leave him behind bars for a long time.
