After announcing that the operation as part of his cancer treatment was a success, Don Omar stated that he will soon provide more details about the process he is going through.

At the right time, I will tell you about a miracle with premeditation and treachery. For now, thank you for your prayers, I am going home to rest. Grateful," wrote William Omar Landrón Rivera, known artistically as Don Omar, on his Instagram profile.

Alongside these words, he shared a photo of himself giving a thumbs-up in the midst of the recovery process from the surgery he underwent earlier this week after being diagnosed with cancer. It was the Cuban host Raúl de Molina who revealed on the show El Gordo y la Flaca that the reggaeton artist had a kidney removed.

Fortunately, the surgery was successful and Don Omar's recovery process is progressing favorably, so he will continue to improve at his home. News celebrated by his followers, colleagues, and friends.

Many recognized figures from the world of music have shown their support and affection at this time. Among them are Daddy Yankee, Wisin, Tito El Bambino, and the Cuban singers Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcom.
