Mother speaks of young man who was missing in Havana.

The young woman was missing for two days.

Martha Betancourt, the Cuban mother who this week moved thousands of internet users after expressing her anguish out loud over the disappearance of her daughter, who was missing for two days before being found, appeared in a brief video on TikTok.

The woman thanked for the help received and, without specifying the cause or the circumstances under which her daughter -identified as Saray Rodríguez- was found, said that although "her conditions were not the best" at the time she was discovered, what matters is that she is alive.

"To all my friends, please, to everyone who helped me with my daughter, everything has been resolved. She has been found. Thank you to everyone who cooperated, thank you to everyone who helped me," said the woman, calmer than in her previous plea but still with a look of concern.

"God's blessing be upon all of you, and may your voices always be strong and powerful to continue helping all those in need," he added.

"Her conditions are not the best, but it's okay, it's okay, thank you all," concluded Martha Betancourt.

The Cuban reiterated the message in another text written on the mentioned social network.

Saray Rodríguez, 27 years old and a resident of San José de las Lajas, in the province of Mayabeque, had gone out on Wednesday, September 4, to Havana, and since then she has been untraceable.

The young woman's phone, who is the mother of three children, had no signal. According to what was previously reported, Saray's husband had filed a complaint with the police, but the authorities told him that they only acted after 72 hours.

In recent times, reports of missing persons in Cuba have become frequent, causing concern among families who desperately turn to social media and independent media for help in locating their loved ones, in the absence of an official channel to make these cases visible.
