The Cuban reggaeton artist Yosvani Arismín Sierra Hernández, known artistically as Chocolate MC, was arrested again in the early hours of June 4 in Miami.
According to the prison records from the TGKCC facility, the artist is facing serious charges, including kidnapping with a firearm or aggravated assault, and armed robbery.
The detention record, accessed by CiberCuba, details that the singer was admitted at 1:25 a.m. and has not yet had a bail set.
In addition to the mentioned charges, he is also accused of burglary, possession of controlled substances, death threats, and improper use of communication devices.

Chocolate MC had already been detained last April, as reported at the time by CiberCuba, after several days of being missing and being sought by his family and fans. On that occasion, he was released on bail.
The reggaeton artist's history with the law in the United States includes multiple incidents related to domestic violence, drug possession, and other crimes.
Despite his frequent legal issues, he has a supportive fan base that views him as an iconic figure within the Cuban urban genre.
So far, the artist's close circle has not issued official statements regarding this new arrest. However, his mother recently appeared on social media crying inconsolably and asking for help for her son, claiming that he was in danger and that he had "lost his mind."
