The Hialeah Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating Daylon Fleitas, a 37-year-old man of Cuban descent who was last seen on Sunday, August 3, in that city of Miami-Dade County.
According to the police report -cited by the local press- before disappearing, Fleitas stated that he would meet “with an acquaintance,” but he never returned home and nothing has been heard from him since.
He was last seen driving a black 2011 Ford F-150 truck with Florida license plate RPQW74.

According to the official description, Fleitas is approximately 1.75 meters (5 feet 9 inches) tall, weighs 82 kilograms (180 pounds), has black hair, and brown eyes.
The police also reported that he/she does not have any known medical or mental health conditions.
What does the family say?
His brother, Cristian Fleitas, told Univision that on that Sunday, Daylon told him that he was going to "collect some money that was owed to him."
Hours later, not having received any news, he began a basic search on his own.
"I then decided to call hospitals, to see if he was being held at any police station, in short, some places, to get information about him, but I didn't receive any information," he recounted.

Last seen: Sunday, August 3 in Hialeah.
Vehicle: Black Ford F-150, 2011, license plate RPQW74.
Reason for leaving: meeting to collect a debt, according to the family.
Health status: no known medical or mental conditions.
Operation: active search by the police and request for citizen collaboration.
