The channel Celia Cruz AZÚCAR!, launched by the satellite broadcaster SiriusXM, has been offering a program dedicated to the Queen of Salsa since last Thursday, in the year of her centenary.

The program will include everything from Celia's hits with Fania Records to the global anthems of her later artistic period, the information adds.

Additionally, fans of Cuban music will be able to listen to tracks by contemporary artists and musicians influenced by her, such as Angélique Kidjo, Buena Vista Social Club, Gloria Estefan, Marc Anthony, Tito Puente, Tito Nieves, La India, and members of the Fania All Stars.

The first month of the programming will also include special and thematic content such as Celia & Tito, hosted by Tito Puente Jr., which will explore the work of Cruz alongside his father.

Additionally, Quarter Legacy, featuring the salsa singer La India, will present twenty-five anthems by Celia, while Tabaco y Ron, led by producer and singer Willy Chirino, will focus on the boleros performed by Celia.

Additionally, on October 2nd, the concert 100 Years of ¡Azúcar! All Stars will be broadcast, recorded at the SiriusXM studios in Miami, featuring Albita, José Alberto El Canari', Lena Burke, Leslie Cartaya, Lucrecia, Tony & Mimy Succar, and Chirino himself, among others.
