An emotional video posted on TikTok by user @lopez_0224 (Adrián López) has moved thousands of people both inside and outside of Cuba. In the footage, which has garnered over 3,500 likes and hundreds of comments, we see the moment when a father reunites with his daughter after a long time apart.

The little girl, surprised and visibly excited, covers her face with her hands and bursts into tears as her father lifts her up and showers her with kisses. A simple gesture, yet filled with all the tenderness and pent-up emotion from the time they have waited for this moment.

Reactions were swift. Dozens of users shared their own stories and expressed the desire to experience a similar moment.

"I don't know you, but I loved your video... I cried without knowing you. My blessings," wrote a user.

"You have no idea, brother, how much I long for that moment, just like you do. Congratulations," another one commented.

"Only those who can embrace them know what it feels like," added an internet user with virtual tears.

Others recalled that scenes like this reflect "the reality of Cuba, what all Cubans experience," denouncing the pain caused by family separation due to emigration.

Adrián López himself responded to several comments with messages of faith and encouragement:
