The Cuban content creator Alianis Leyva shared with her followers a Christmas dinner full of flavor, simplicity, and family affection. Without great luxuries, but with her heart in every dish, Alianis demonstrated how to celebrate the Cuban Nochebuena with what is available, without letting the date pass "without sorrows or glories."
The menu was topped off by a piece of roasted pork in a pot, with that unmistakable aroma that fills the home and evokes memories of celebrations on the Island.
He accompanied it with white rice and some green plantain tostones, golden brown and with a hint of sweetness that makes them irresistible.
For dessert, he prepared guava pastries, some fritters, and a homemade cake filled with condensed milk, fluffy and perfect to close the night with a Cuban flavor. The drink, a simple cola soda, complemented the family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Beyond the ingredients, Alianis' dinner reminded us that the true essence of Christmas lies in sharing with family and keeping traditions alive, even if it's with a humble menu filled with love.
