A Cuban identified on TikTok as @onelvisalfonsoalfonso shared a video that has gone viral, showing the moment he got stranded with his car on the 826 highway in Miami. He lamented the indifference of the drivers passing by without stopping.

"Here humanity does not exist, and if it does, it has been lost," the user wrote in the video, where he appears wearing a reflective vest next to his broken-down vehicle.

In his account, the Cuban states that during the time he was detained on the road, no one approached to ask him what had happened or to offer help.

"In Cuba, they would have stopped you to ask what you need, if you need a rope or if they can help you push," he expressed with evident disappointment.

The man reflected on the difference in attitudes between the two countries: “Here, if you don't have the number of a mechanic, you can be stranded all day. No one comes to ask you what happened. I don’t know if it's fear or if this country has lost its humanity,” he said.

Finally, he said that he was able to resolve the situation thanks to a mechanic who came to the location. “The mechanic told me right away: this is the United States, people here don’t get involved in anything,” he added.

The video has generated numerous comments on social media, where some users agree with the Cuban, while others remind him that in the United States, many people avoid stopping for safety reasons due to fears of theft or assaults.
