Rubio stated that we are now experiencing "a new era of geopolitics," and that this new scenario will force everyone to reexamine what that reality looks like and what role each nation will play in it.
The head of U.S. diplomacy explained that many of these conversations have already taken place privately with Washington's allies. "We are our allies, and we need to continue these conversations," he noted, referring to future meetings to further define common strategies.
The statements reflect the current administration's vision regarding a changing international context, where the United States seeks to redefine its position and that of its partners in light of global changes.
