Marco Rubio: “The old world no longer exists; we are living in a new geopolitical era.”

The U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, stated to the press that "the world is changing very quickly right in front of us" and maintained that "the old world no longer exists, frankly, the world in which I grew up."
