The Cuban singer Eduardo Antonio, known as El Divo de Placetas, publicly demonstrated once again the love he feels for his husband Roy García. This time he made a lasting gesture: they both decided to tattoo each other's names as a symbol of their relationship.
In a video shared on social media from the studio where the tattoos were done, the artist appeared visibly emotional as he celebrated the third anniversary of his wedding, which took place on February 14.
"Well, friends, I am very happy today and I have many strong and mixed feelings. Roy and I got married on February 14 three years ago, and we have given each other, in addition to love and tenderness, kindness, affection, trust, respect... many beautiful things. And today we are giving each other something special," she expressed.
Eduardo explained that he decided to tattoo his husband's name on his wrist, accompanied by a small red heart. “I have it tattooed on my soul, but I want to have it tattooed on my skin,” he said while showing the process.
In the video, you can also hear the singer joking in his signature style: "Let everyone know whom you belong to. With the blood from my veins, I will mark your forehead so that you are respected even with a glance. Roy García, you are my private property."
For his part, Roy, more reserved in front of the camera, also got Eduardo's name tattooed. "Forever, because I won't be erased," he joked with laughter. "This is for a lifetime."
The Divo took the opportunity to clarify, in a humorous tone, that his husband was not obliged to do so. “And he’s not obligated, I’m not threatening him, because they think that I threaten him. No, he doesn’t talk much. Just like that.”
Amid laughter, camaraderie, and displays of affection, the couple marked yet another chapter of their love story with ink on their skin, which they openly share with their followers on social media.
