A video circulated after the incident shows "what appears to be a pickup truck swerving over a road divider," in an unstable position that caused alarm among drivers passing by.
The images captured at the scene reveal the extent of the impact: the vehicle was left tilted against one of the barriers that separate the lanes, with part of the structure hanging over the edge of the road.
