The head of the diplomatic mission of the United States in Cuba, Mike Hammer, mentioned this week the Venezuelan restaurant El Arepazo, in the city of Doral (Florida), a establishment that was also recently visited by President Donald Trump.

"During our last visit to Miami, we also went to Arepazo. My favorite: Reina Pepiada!" Hammer wrote while commenting on a social media post that recalled the leader's visit to the establishment.

The White House previously shared on its official X account a video of the moment Trump arrives at the Venezuelan restaurant located in Doral, a city in southern Florida known for its large Venezuelan community.

In the images, the president is seen greeting the people present while supporters welcome him with applause before he enters the well-known venue.

According to the message released by the White House, the president made a brief stop at the restaurant before returning to Washington D.C.

During the visit, Trump also personally thanked the employees of the establishment for the work they do every day, a gesture that was well received by those present.

El Arepazo is a well-known restaurant in Doral, serving as a gathering place for the Venezuelan community in the Miami area.

The president's visit took place in the context of activities with members of the Venezuelan exile community, who maintain an active presence in South Florida.
