The Cuban influencer Ultrack posted an emotional video on TikTok yesterday in which he welcomed his partner Claudia Artiles after her cosmetic surgery, accompanied by the caption “She is a warrior”.

The 35-second clip showcases the couple's reunion to the rhythm of a song that highlights Claudia's strength, featuring verses about a woman who never gives up and brings peace amid adversity.

Claudia herself had announced her cosmetic surgery that same Tuesday through a video recorded before entering the operating room: "If you're watching this video, it's because I'm currently undergoing surgery; I got my body done or I'm being operated on."

The Cuban influencer acknowledged that her stance had changed regarding what she had publicly stated: "I know I have often said that I didn't want to undergo surgery, that I wanted to be a mother again, but the reality is different."

The decision was motivated by severe hormonal imbalances that, according to her doctor, make it impossible to become pregnant at this time, leading her to stop postponing her well-being: "I don’t want to put my life on hold until that happens."

The most personal motivation was everyday comfort: "I want to feel good, I want to wear a dress and have my belly not bulge, I want to wear a bikini when I go to the beach with Ultrack and feel comfortable."

The journey to the operating room was marked by an emotional rollercoaster. In October 2025, Claudia had announced her plans with the phrase "This cassava body is going to the operating room soon," but everything was interrupted when she discovered a surprise pregnancy with Ultrack in November of that year, just as she was undergoing preoperative tests.

That pregnancy ended in a miscarriage in January 2026, and the doctors diagnosed her with polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition that significantly hinders conception.

Before this intervention, Claudia had already undergone an endolift on her double chin on April 23, a minimally invasive procedure using laser.

Regarding motherhood, Claudia kept the door open without committing to a fixed expectation: "In two or three years, I'll try to become a mom again, and if God grants it, great; if not, I'll just stay with Marlon."

The day before the surgery, Claudia had posted a heartfelt message to Ultrack about her son Marlon: “Thank you for loving him as your own,” referring to the child with Down syndrome whom the influencer treats as his own.

Claudia was emphatic that she will not continue to force the reproductive process: "I'm not going to keep trying and trying, because I feel like it’s harming me."
