Wow, her before and after! Claudia Artiles responds to those who said that the surgery would "look bad because she's short."

Claudia Artiles posted her highly anticipated "before and after" on Instagram and TikTok, and the results spoke for themselves: thousands of comments and a section of reactions that became the best possible rebuttal to those who previously told her she didn't need to go under the knife.

The video shows two versions of the Cuban influencer based in Miami: on the left, with brown hair tied up and a royal blue bodysuit; on the right, with a blonde bob and a fitted mustard green dress, with a noticeably more streamlined figure.

The journey to that "after" was not easy. Claudia had confessed since October 2025 that her belly was bothering her and that she planned to undergo surgery, but a surprising pregnancy with her partner, content creator Ultrack (Jorge Batista), postponed everything. After a miscarriage in January 2026, she was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition that makes it difficult for her to burn fat and reinforced her decision to undergo surgery.

At the end of April, a complete body makeover was performed, which included the removal of excess abdominal tissue and breast surgery. The recovery was documented week by week: she reappeared in May stating that she was "doing well, at home," appeared without a post-operative girdle in mid-May, and gradually showcased the results in dresses and swimsuits throughout June and July.

Thursday's video showcases the first official "before and after," with the recovery now complete, and the reaction from its followers was immediate.

“You look great after the surgery,” said a comment with 106 likes. The one that generated the most laughs, with 197 likes, was one that summed up what many think but few say: “I don’t criticize women who have had surgery because if I had the money, I’d be one too.” “A literal Barbie,” commented another person.

There were also those who responded to the previous criticisms with more thoughtful arguments. "One thing is that you may not need it, and another is how you feel and whether you are willing to change to feel better. You look absolutely stunning," wrote a follower. Another directly addressed those who questioned the decision based on Claudia's height: "It's pure nonsense to say that just because you're short, it won't suit you—lies. She looks beautiful."

The change in look that accompanies the body transformation —from brown to blonde with a bob cut, adopted in June— completed such a different image that several followers noticed that "even your face has changed, you look beautiful." Claudia herself summarized it all with the simplicity of someone who no longer needs to provide further explanations: "My before, my after."
