Raphy Pina shares his thoughts on the cast: Will there be a collaboration between Natti Natasha and a Cuban artist?

Raphy Pina, one of the most influential managers in the history of reggaeton and partner of Natti Natasha, sat down to discuss Cuban distribution with Puerto Rican content creator @kuzioficial —one of his most enthusiastic promoters on the island— and the result was a conversation that is already making waves on social media.

The video, posted on TikTok and Instagram, garnered over 146,000 views and 30,200 likes within a few hours, along with comments from the Cuban artists mentioned in the discussion.

Pina did not join the conversation pretending to know everything. On the contrary: he started with a disarming confession. "You might call me ignorant, but since I'm not involved in music or anything, I'm not familiar with it," he admitted candidly. He said he learned about the genre mainly through "Paciente," the collaboration between Ozuna and Kevincito El 13 and Dany Ome, officially released in April 2026: "Great track," he acknowledged.

But @kuzioficial didn't hesitate to bring it up to date: "It's a full generation. I mean, it's maybe 20 or 30 known artists." And he went on to name some: Ja Rulay, Wampi, Kevincito, Dany Ome, Wow Popy, Dale Pututi, and Nesty are some of their representatives.

It also confirmed that the artists in the cast based in Miami are already stepping foot in Puerto Rico and recording with local figures.

The reaction from the reparteros in the comments was immediate. Dany Ome wrote: "I feel proud when I hear this, my queen, when I see that people embrace the genre or what they know is my song with the bear, proud to carry the entire genre this far." Ja Rulay, for his part, thanked the interviewer: "I love what you do for the genre."

@kuzioficial has been openly championing the genre from Puerto Rico for months. In a previous video that garnered nearly 52,000 likes on Instagram, she made a bold prediction: "The ensemble is going to own the dembow," arguing that the genre has "its own slang, its own dance, its own producers." In the caption of the new video with Pina, she posed a question that acts almost as a challenge to the Latin music world: "Who can tell me the story of the Cuban ensemble like Raphy Pina could tell me about reggaeton?"

Pina himself concluded the talk with a question that, coming from someone with his background, seems more like genuine interest than ignorance: "Where is that music being played?" A question that the ensemble, with "Dichávate" surpassing 100 million views on YouTube and collaborations with Ozuna, and now Wisin along with Dany Ome and Kevincito, is already answering by itself.
