A Cuban made an announcement about the sale of a property in Guanabacoa, Havana, and ended up captivating TikTok without intending to. The user @williamcampesino posted a tour of a house for sale in the town of Arango, priced at 12,000 dollars, but what nobody expected was the real star of the video: an audio that was so distorted that his voice sounded more like an intergalactic android than a property seller.

The clip, lasting one minute and 38 seconds, shows the living room, the bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, the terrace, and a patio with fruit trees —avocado, guava, plantain, mamey, and French grape—. The house comes furnished, with three water tanks and even an air conditioner included.

The problem is that at various points in the video, the phone's microphone turned every word into a signal from an extraterrestrial radio. The creator's voice came through so distorted and metallic that the comments quickly exploded.

The video accumulated over 461,600 views, 60,700 likes, and nearly 30,000 shares, figures that make it one of the most entertaining phenomena in the Cuban community on TikTok in several weeks.

The comments section turned into a creativity contest. The most popular, with 20,100 likes, was simply an image of a metal sci-fi robot with the text "the realtor:". The creator themselves responded with a string of laughing emojis.

Others did not lag behind. "Imagine buying a house for Optimus Prime," someone wrote, receiving 7,222 likes. It wasn't long before someone asked, "Who is behind the screen? ChatGPT?"

Several users admitted to having urgently checked their own devices. "I just bought some new headphones, and I panicked thinking they were already broken," one confessed. Another shared that after watching that video, he had seen three others "that sounded the same" and was starting to doubt his headphones.

A comment in English summed up the general sentiment: "the guy is sending a message from the mothership." And someone else, with a touch of musical nostalgia, recalled the song Mr. Roboto by Styx, to which the creator calmly replied, "That's the hook when we signed the contract."

When asked if the house was on Mars, @williamcampesino didn't back down: "In the best municipality in all of Cuba: Guanabacoa, to be collected." And when someone suggested he sell it quickly to buy a new phone, the response was emphatic: "I have an XR, tell me something."

The creator acknowledged the problem without drama: "It's just that I don't have a good microphone, sorry." But to those who continued to complain about the sound, he had the final word: "What's important is the house."

This video adds to a trend that already has several viral chapters on TikTok: Cubans showcasing properties for sale in a completely homemade manner, without an agency or production, and that end up captivating social media not for the house itself, but for everything surrounding the video.
