Cuban singer Randy Malcom surprised his followers with an emotional post on Instagram to celebrate his wife Annaby Pozo's birthday, featuring images of a beautiful surprise decoration he prepared at their home in Miami.
In the message he dedicated to Annaby, the member of Gente de Zona wrote: "Life has gifted me many beautiful things, but one of the most special has been finding you and being able to share my journey with you. Thank you for your love, for your complicity, for the laughter, for every moment, and for making even the simplest days extraordinary."
The musician went further in his statement: "Today I celebrate your life, your smile, and the luck I have in calling you my wife. May God grant you much health, happiness, and may you never lack reasons to smile. I love you, my love. And if I were to start my story over, I would choose you again. A thousand times."
The photographs accompanying the publication showcased a grand decoration: a giant red heart-shaped balloon with the text "Happy Birthday Annaby," over a hundred red roses arranged in a wicker basket, and decorative ribbons featuring the phrase "LOVE IS ETERNAL."
Annaby appears in the images visibly excited in front of the arrangement and sharing a romantic kiss with Randy that speaks more than a thousand words.
The Cuban entrepreneur and influencer, born in Sancti Spíritus, turned 35 years old on Monday. This Tuesday, she shared images from the celebration at a French-style restaurant on her own profile, with the message: "35 years of balance and questionable decisions. Very Libra of me."
Randy and Annaby have been together for over a decade. They started their relationship in 2014, got engaged in October 2020 —during her 29th birthday— and surprised everyone by getting married in Miami in January 2024, during the singer's 40th birthday party.
The couple has a son together, Malcom Junior, born in August 2015. Annaby is also the mother of Yuyo, from her previous relationship with former Cuban baseball player Yunel Escobar.
This is not the first time Randy has turned his wife's birthday into a public display of love: he did it back in October 2019 with a greeting that also garnered significant attention among his followers. Last January, it was Annaby who returned the gesture by organizing a surprise pajama-themed party to celebrate his birthday in Miami.
