The King is back! Puerto Rican singer William Omar Landrón Rivera, better known as Don Omar, reappeared on his social media this Monday to express gratitude for the support he received after being diagnosed with cancer and for his subsequent recovery following the surgery to remove it.

Although the interpreter of "Pobre Diabla" did not provide details about his diagnosis, presenter Raúl de Molina revealed that it was a tumor in one of his kidneys, which resulted in the organ being removed in a successful operation, as he announced to his fans.

After weeks of recovering from surgery, the artist returned to his social media to announce that he is back to work and focused on his U.S. tour.

"Today was time to work! It's great to be back here. Thank you for your prayers and good wishes. The tour in the United States is coming soon! I hope to see all of you there," commented Don Omar.

Farruko, Wisin, Yandel, Gente de Zona, and Lili Estefan sent their encouraging messages and best wishes for what lies ahead after the difficult time he recently went through. Go for it, Don Omar!
