Despite the frigid temperatures, a Cuban resident in Nebraska, United States, surprised her followers on TikTok by stepping out into the snow in her underwear, while encouraging other islanders to overcome their fear of moving north in the country.

In the video posted on her TikTok account @rosmerylabacenale, the woman is seen laughing and shivering in the snow, while claiming that living in Nebraska "is one of the best decisions" she has made.

"I want to tell everyone who is afraid of moving to Nebraska: this is the most beautiful place in the world. Here, the only thing you experience is a little bit of cold. Come on, the jobs pay well, rent is affordable... just a little bit of cold, that's all," she commented with a laugh.

“Gentlemen, forget about the Doria, those are six months, four months, and it’s not like it snows every day. I recommend you come here. Look at this beautiful landscape, you can come here and thrive, it’s wonderful,” he added.

In the images, captured in a completely snowy landscape, the Cuban woman wears a black nightgown and a gold chain while visibly shivering from the cold. Despite this, she maintains her enthusiasm, jokingly repeating, "That's not much time, haha," in reference to the length of winter.

The clip quickly generated reactions on social media, where many applauded her bravery and sense of humor, while others admitted they couldn’t tolerate the subzero temperatures.

Nebraska is one of the least populated states in the United States, but more and more Cubans are arriving there, drawn by job opportunities, the low cost of living, and the tranquility of its cities.
