Those involved in the violent incident were identified as Kian Herrera, José Alejandro Dávila, and Rodisbel Lay, all three young individuals as well.
The official source did not provide details of the incident, and merely stated that everything "started with a game and ended up costing the life of a 22-year-old".
"In light of this tragic news, we advise working with our youth, instilling in them respect, love, and understanding, educating them in values from childhood aimed at changing attitudes that promote violence and seeking peaceful solutions to conflicts," concluded the source.
According to previous reports, the victim, identified as Yakin Vidal Lobaina, died on the eve of his birthday.
