The collision between a "gacela" minibus and a motorcycle in Cerro, Havana, this Sunday, left at least two people with minor injuries.
The accident occurred in the afternoon, at Infanta and Santa Rosa, and involved a metrotaxi (Gazelle) from route 17, operated by the company Taxis-Cuba, which was making its usual journey between the Normal park and Managua.

According to a report published by the Facebook group "Transportación Habana TH," the minibus "could not brake in time and a motorcycle got in its way." The driver of the motorcycle "did not have time to react," it specified.
"It was a terrifying moment," stated the publication, adding that "the Taxis-Cuba executives arrived immediately to support and transport the affected individuals to La Dependiente hospital."
On the motorcycle, there was a man and a woman, a neighbor of theirs commented, stating that both are doing well.
In another post about the incident, a witness stated that “the blame was not on the gazelle, it was on the motorcycle, which invaded the opposite lane.” According to the internet user, the driver was a man and “he didn’t get hurt… just scratches on one leg.”
