Three young individuals lost their lives in a tragic motorcycle accident that occurred in the early hours of Monday in the city of Santiago de Cuba.

Aris Arias Batalla provided additional details about the incident on Facebook and identified the rest of the fatalities from the accident.
According to the report, there were three people traveling in the electric motorcycle. The driver, Félix Sandi Ortiz, 39 years old, and a passenger identified as Darilen Gonce Salas, 20 years old and a resident of Princesa Street #359, between Corona and Mejorana, were killed. The third occupant, Víctor Ernesto Baibir, 29 years old and a resident of Princesa #253 ½, between Padre Pico and Colón, sustained minor injuries and was discharged from the hospital after being treated for just scratches.
The third deceased was the driver of the Jawa motorcycle, Leonel Bell Bravo, 22 years old, who lost his life hours later while undergoing surgery at the Dr. Joaquín Castillo Duany military hospital, to which all those involved in the incident were taken.
Arias also indicated that beer cans were found at the accident site, as seen in images shared on social media. Authorities are investigating the causes of the incident, which claimed the lives of three young people on one of the main arteries of Santiago de Cuba.
