A Cuban woman identified as Thali, who lived in the United States for eleven years, shared on TikTok her decision to leave the northern country to start a new life in Spain with her family. Her testimony, filled with reflection and honesty, has gone viral among Cuban migrants going through similar processes.

"I lived in the United States for eleven years before moving to Spain. Everyone talks about how difficult it is to emigrate, but no one tells you that in life everything is a process. Starting from scratch in any country in the world is equally challenging," the young woman explained in the video posted on the account @thalilifestyle.

Thali recounted that she arrived alone in the United States at just 18 years old, and although she had to overcome many obstacles, she managed to move forward. Now, after her recent move to Spain, she affirms that difficulties do not stop her and that the important thing is to maintain consistency and faith.

"I have been in Spain for about three weeks, and thank God I already have a job. In three days, I have secured four new clients. Everything requires sacrifice, effort, and sleepless hours, but if you are persistent and understand that life is a process, the rewards will come," she stated.

In the video's description, the Cuban shared a deeper message about the meaning of emigrating and the importance of prioritizing inner peace over others' opinions:

"Emigrating to a new country… Everyone talks about how difficult it is to emigrate, but no one has the courage to walk in your shoes. No one lives your life. No one feels what you feel. No one truly understands why you make the decisions you do."

If you are an immigrant or are thinking about emigrating because you are going through a situation that only you understand... my dear, do not listen to outside voices. People will never understand another person's perspective because they are not living their life.

So take care of yourself. For your peace. For your well-being. For what truly benefits you. And forget about what the rest of the world says.

Emigrating to Spain has not been easy. No beginning is. When I arrived in the United States, I also went through a lot of hard times... and then I moved forward, had my things, my business, my properties. Everything flowed thanks to God.

And the same is going to be true here. I didn’t move to Spain to become a millionaire. I moved to Spain to find peace and tranquility.

"If you are going through the same thing, this video is for you. Trust your intuition, follow your path, and remember: life is yours, not anyone else's."

Her story has resonated with hundreds of Cubans on social media who have also left behind the so-called "American dream" in search of a quieter and more balanced life in Europe.

In a context where emigrating remains a necessity for thousands of Cubans, Thali's message serves as a reminder that true wealth is not always found in money, but in the peace one gains from taking control of their own destiny.
