Miami police arrested three individuals on Tuesday who committed a burglary with assault on the residents in Little Havana.

According to Local 10 News, the alleged criminals forcibly entered the property located on Southwest Eighth Street around 10 pm on Monday, and forced one of the two victims – a man and a woman – "to open a safe that contained approximately $400 in cash."

The police report identified the assailants as Agustín Hernández, 46 years old, Rogelio Espina, 54, and Yoamil Nápoles, 50. Two of them are homeless, and the third is unemployed.

When the police arrived at the scene, they were still inside the house.

The woman affected by the violent actions of the three criminals confessed to being terrified and requested that they end up in prison.

The well-known judge Mindy Glazer issued the order for them to have no further contact with the victims.

At the moment, they are facing charges of assault, robbery with breaking and entering, and kidnapping.
