Cuban singer Alain Pérez turned to his social media to seek help after losing two backpacks that contained passports, personal documents, and family papers, amid the urgency due to the passing of his grandfather.

In a video posted on Facebook, the musician explained that he hurriedly left his home after receiving the news of his grandfather's death and, amidst the pain and anguish, forgot the backpacks outside the house.

“Keep everything in the backpack, the money, everything, but return the documents,” the artist pleaded, visibly distressed.

According to the details provided, the luggage contains their passports, ID cards, identification documents, papers of his wife, and the family books of his daughters, which he described as "the luggage for the journey of my life," essential for working and being able to travel.

Pérez asked anyone who has found the backpacks to return at least the documentation, even anonymously, either by leaving it in front of his home or taking it to a police station.

"I beg you, in the name of God, to hand over the papers," he insisted.

The musician noted that, despite the situation, he must travel to say goodbye to his grandfather and expressed his hope that whoever has the documents will have compassion and help facilitate their recovery.
