Eduardo Antonio, El Divo de Cuba, has been nominated once again in The House of Famous 6 on Telemundo during week 6 of the reality show, and this Thursday he called on his fans to vote in large numbers to keep him in the competition.

Through videos posted on Instagram, the Cuban singer responded in his characteristic bold style, making it clear that the nomination did not catch him by surprise.

"As was known, I was going to be nominated because that's how it is; I was very clear about that. But I count on you, my battalion Team Divo. You all go and vote right now so that I can continue in that house being the headache of everyone who's there, equal cats," he declared.

The artist pointed directly to Laura Zapata as the one responsible for rallying the group against him. "She has motivated the entire group she has brought in to nominate me," he stated, adding that the situation is incomprehensible to him since he began the program publicly defending her: "I have had many inconsistencies and clashes with Laura Zapata. I don't know why, because I started this reality show defending her. I have always looked up to her, I have always respected her; I don't know what her issue is with me."

The 6th week was marked by the elimination of Oriana Marzoli, decided by public voting, and by the leadership of Kenny Rodríguez, who used his power to nominate Fabio Agostini directly. In this context, the clash between El Divo and Laura Zapata — who nominated each other — became one of the most discussed moments of the week.

Support messages for the artist quickly started pouring in. From various countries in Latin America and the United States, El Divo has a legion of fans who back him and are determined to support him in the reality show at all costs. For many, without Eduardo Antonio, the television show would lack appeal.

This is another nomination for El Divo in the reality show. In the first week, he had already accumulated 16 points in the internal voting, but the massive support from the public allowed him to be saved.

His entry into the program generated great excitement among his followers, who have rallied to support him since day one. Throughout the weeks, the artist has experienced memorable moments within the house, including emotional memories of his childhood in Cuba.

Eduardo Antonio did not hide his confidence in the face of the new elimination threat: "I know that I shine, I have my shine, I have my charisma. This is a game."
