Flor de Cuba shared an update on her Instagram stories about her pregnancy, revealing that she is only two months along but already has a belly that she describes as "big, square, and hard."
The Cuban influencer based in Miami explained to her followers why she has been absent from social media in recent weeks: she is going through a very tough first trimester, with symptoms that do not give her a break.
"Recently, I have been out of touch with my stories, but I have been feeling very unwell; I’m having the worst pregnancy in the world. Nausea, fatigue, feeling like I might faint, my face is breaking out, and I'm swollen. I'm tired all day long. I haven’t been able to record or work," the content creator confessed candidly to her community.
Despite the situation she describes, Flor concluded her message with a note of gratitude that captures her current moment well: "I'm having a tough time with this pregnancy, I don't feel like doing anything. But overall, I'm doing very well and I'm very grateful to you all and for what life is giving me."
The pregnancy was publicly announced on April 14 through a video on TikTok and an Instagram story that excited her followers.
This is their third child in total, but the first with their partner Alex, with whom they got engaged in January 2026 during a romantic proposal on Miami Beach, surrounded by candles, roses, and a glowing sign. "It's the first time I've been happy", Flor expressed in tears that night.
This pregnancy holds special significance for the influencer, as it comes months after she underwent emergency surgery in a hospital in Coral Gables for an ectopic pregnancy in December 2025. "They removed one of my fallopian tubes. Thank God I am doing well", she recounted at the time. The fact that she has managed to become pregnant with only one fallopian tube makes this news even more moving for her followers.
The update on her pregnancy comes at one of the most intense moments of her personal and professional life. On April 17th, she received the Revelation Creator of the Year award at the TikTok Shop Summit, and just three days later, on April 20th, she finalized the purchase of her first house in the United States, a property valued at over a million dollars in Miami that she plans to convert into a production studio and recording set.
Flor Danay Hernández Ochoa arrived in the United States in June 2024 with just 200 dollars and no credit history. In less than two years, she ranked in the top 1% of sellers with the highest earnings on TikTok Shop worldwide, generating approximately 10 million dollars in gross merchandise value in six months.
She has two children in Cuba from previous relationships, and this baby will be the first to grow up with her in the United States, a detail that has not gone unnoticed by her followers, who are well aware of how much she feels the distance from her older children.
For now, the Cuban asks her community for patience as she goes through the first trimester and trusts that the symptoms will ease over the weeks.
