The suspect was identified as Milton Cao, 50 years old, a convicted felon since May 2012.

The incident, involving four people, occurred last Wednesday, February 12, at around 10:00 PM in the residence located at 3905 West 10th Court.

According to the police report accessed by América TeVe, when the dispute began, Cao and another man left the house and the Cuban shot him in the leg.

The victim re-entered the house, grabbed a knife, and stabbed a 50-year-old man in the head, as well as his 16-year-old son, who tried to defend his father and sustained multiple wounds to his arms.
