The Cuban artist and content creator Tiago Felipe launched a powerful message on social media directed at creators on the Island, urging them to stop producing distracting content and join the political change process taking place in the country.

In a video that went viral, the young musician warned that Cuba is going through a critical moment and that artists can no longer act as if nothing is happening.

"Not a single piece of distracting content from Cuba. I don’t care if you’re a singer, musician, in theater, or have a business. If you’re a content creator, you need to stop making that type of content now," he stated.

The artist insisted that Cubans must abandon indifference and use their platforms to raise social awareness.

"These times no longer allow us to look the other way. All Cubans who are currently in Cuba must be part of the change. There are no half measures," he stated.

His message arrives amidst a context of profound internal crisis in Cuba and increasing international pressure.

In recent days, President Donald Trump has intensified sanctions against the regime of Miguel Díaz-Canel, including tariffs on countries that send oil or direct aid to the island, while Washington demands respect for human rights and political openness.

Tiago Felipe's speech reflects the civic awakening of a new generation of artists and communicators who, despite censorship, are beginning to speak out publicly against the collapse of the system.

“We are very close to a historic moment, not just for our country, but for the world. Hard times are coming, but the night is always darkest just before dawn. There is no turning back,” he stated.

The creator also called for solidarity and unity among Cubans in light of the seriousness of the situation.

The creator also called for unity and empathy among Cubans in light of the challenging times ahead, emphasizing that change depends on everyone's participation.

"This war is ours. Let's take care of each other, help each other, and stand united as a people," concluded Tiago Felipe, in a message that adds to the wave of voices within the Island calling for immediate transformation and the end of cultural and political stagnation.
