A Cuban woman has taken TikTok by storm after sharing a video in which she showcases her moves at the age of 40 to the rhythm of the song "Sazón de mulata," performed by Payaso x Ley and Kaly y Kowa.

In the clip, the woman appears dancing with energy and confidence in front of the camera, celebrating this stage of her life and showing that age is not a limit to enjoying oneself and shining on the dance floor, even if it's from home.

The post has generated numerous positive comments. "The best age, blessings, beautiful," wrote a user. Another commented: "Here I am, approaching 40 soon, and I'm in my best stage. Blessings."

The video also included messages like "Girl, you dance so well," "God bless you. How beautiful you are," and "Blessings for those super 40s."

The video joins the wave of content on social media where Cuban women proudly embrace the fullness and confidence that comes with maturity, while the cast continues to set the pace for thousands of posts both inside and outside the island.
