The Cuban influencer Flor de Cuba (Flor Danay Hernández Ochoa) shared a tour of her home in Miami, valued at one million dollars, for the first time.

Flor explained that one of the reasons she decided to purchase this property was its exterior beauty. "According to ChatGPT, it's contemporary architecture, geometric, sculptural, and with neofuturistic influence. It was precisely its architecture that made me fall in love with it and say, 'This is the house where I want to live,'" she stated.

The reel, shared on their Instagram account @una_flor_oficial, shows the entrance of the residence, featuring a white facade, a meticulously maintained garden, geometrically pruned trees, and a dark gray garage.

The influencer also showcased the interior of her home and claimed that 95% of everything she has in her house is from TikTok Shop.

The house has a pool, a patio, three bathrooms, and four bedrooms, but one is occupied by her editor and another has been converted into a custom dressing room, where Flor stores and organizes all the packages she receives. The only detail the influencer doesn't like is that the garage has space for only one car.

The influencer completed the purchase of that property —her first house in the United States— on April 20, 2026, financed with her earnings as a creator on TikTok Shop.

Before making a decision, in March 2026, he had publicly showcased tours of three properties in Miami valued at over one million dollars, and from the outset, he envisioned the property not just as a residence, but also as a creative hub for recording content, campaigns, courses, and events.

Behind that house lies a story of rapid ascent. Flor arrived in Miami in September 2024 as a tourist, with a five-year visa and only 200 dollars, as she has recounted on several occasions.

Since then, she built a career as a seller on TikTok Shop that led her to unimaginable figures. In November 2025, she generated $192,000 net in a single month, with total sales of $1.8 million during that period.

In the six months prior to the purchase of the house, it reached approximately 10 million dollars in gross merchandise value on that platform.

April 2026 was particularly intense for the creator: in addition to finalizing the purchase of a house in Miami, she announced that she is pregnant with her third child — the first with her current partner — and was recognized with an award for her career as a creator on TikTok Shop.

The video tour of the house ended with a direct question to his followers: "So now, tell me if you like this type of architecture as much as I do."
