The Cuban Isis Sierra, sister of the reggaeton artist Chocolate MC, responded candidly to those who criticize her and La Flor de Cuba after being labeled as “inflators” on social media. In a video shared on her Instagram account, the creator delivered a direct message to those who, as she stated, hide behind negative comments out of fear of trying something on their own.

"The Flor de Cuba is an inflator, and you are another one. That's one of the comments I hear the most on social media, and they almost always come from the same type of people: those who don't dare to do what others have already dared to do," Sierra began, visibly calm but with a firm tone.

The Cuban asserted that she does not personally know La Flor de Cuba (@una_flor_oficial), but made it clear that she has great admiration for her. “I don’t admire her for the money or the numbers, but for her story. When she arrived in this country, doors were closed to her, she lost businesses, and had to reinvent herself. Today, she promotes companies, works with TikTok Shop, and has sold over a million dollars. So, is she an inflator? No,” she stated.

Isis also seized the moment to talk about her own journey of overcoming challenges since arriving in the United States. “When I got here, they said I was going to achieve nothing, that I thought I was in Cuba just selling croquettes. And I didn’t argue; I got to work,” she shared. Currently, Sierra creates content about digital marketing, but she emphasized that her message goes beyond promotion: “When you say someone is an inflator, you’re not describing that person; you’re describing yourself, your fear, your frustration. Stop criticizing them and focus on your own growth.”

The video quickly filled with messages of support and recognition. "Your face when you say 'overcome' is a challenge," commented one user. Others wrote: "That's right, both have achieved it through sacrifice," "You are an example," and "Literally, blessings." Isis Sierra's post, more than a defense, turned into a declaration of principles that many applauded: to move forward without paying attention to those who only know how to criticize.
