As speculation continues about the possible whereabouts of the Cuban reggaeton artist El Chulo, his partner and mother of his young son, María Karla, reemerged on social media with a brief post that does not make direct reference to the artist.
The young woman shared a video in her Instagram stories showcasing her freshly done manicure, featuring long white nails with an ombre effect. The images also highlight a striking ring on her hand.
The post has caught the attention of some followers, as it comes amid uncertainty regarding the situation of the Cuban singer.
So far, María Karla has not publicly commented on the whereabouts of El Chulo nor has she confirmed whether the artist has left the United States.
The reggaeton artist, whose real name is Abel Díaz Rodríguez, recently sparked new speculation after posting a message on social media that many interpreted as a hint that he might be in Mexico. In the post, he expressed his gratitude to the country for giving him "a new opportunity" for his life and career.
The artist was arrested on January 22 and remains in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) while his immigration status in the United States is being determined.
Although photos have begun circulating on social media in which he allegedly appears with fans in Mexico, there is still no official confirmation regarding whether the singer has been transferred or deported to that country.
In this context, María Karla's recent story becomes her first post on social media following the stir caused by the latest appearances of the reggaeton artist.
