A car accident between a car and a bus occurred on Friday afternoon at the corner of L Street and Calzada, in El Vedado, Havana.

The accident occurred after the car ran a stop sign, reported the independent media Cubanet.

Fortunately, there were no loss of human lives. The driver of the car emerged unscathed, and the woman accompanying him was taken to the hospital with injuries, the information adds.

On Thursday, an accident in Las Tunas left twelve people injured.

The incident occurred at kilometer eight on the road leading to Puerto Padre, near the well-known Becerra curve.

According to preliminary reports, three vehicles were involved in the incident: a trailer, a private truck carrying several passengers, and a modern car of the MG brand.

The truck is believed to have hit one of the rear wheels of the trailer while both vehicles were crossing in opposite directions, causing the driver to lose control and collide with the car that was traveling behind the trailer.
