He Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba (MINREX)He is in charge of international relations for the Government of Cuba. The State Council appoints the minister as well as the six vice ministers who are in charge of the various departments of the State Council. The mansion that serves as MINREX headquarters was owned by the Gómez-Mena family.
