The Malecón of Havana is a wide esplanade, avenue, and seawall that stretches for 8 kilometers along the coast of Havana, Cuba. It runs from the entrance of the Port of Havana in Old Havana, along the northern edges of the municipalities of Centro Habana and Plaza de la Revolución (through Vedado), and ends at the mouth of the Almendares River, where the Miramar neighborhood of the Playa municipality begins.

The construction of the Havana Seafront began in 1901, during the American occupation. The main goal of this construction was to protect Havana from the sea incursions caused by northern winds.

Subsequent Cuban governments continued the expansion of the first section of the Malecón. By 1923, it reached the mouth of the Almendares River.
